Arnoldas Totilas is an orthopaedic and trauma surgeon specialising in shoulder joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee. His expertise also includes hip joint replacement, carpal tunnel release, and trigger finger surgeries. When needed, he provides targeted joint and soft tissue injections to support recovery and pain management.
Dr Totilas has extensive professional experience in both Lithuania and Norway. He worked at Jonava Hospital (2015–2017) and LSMU Kaunas Clinics (2013–2018), and spent seven years at Akershus University Hospital, Kongsvinger division in Norway (2017–2024). Since 2025, he has been practising as an orthopaedic and trauma surgeon at Gijos Klinikos.
