What about the language?

Why are healthcare prices lower in Lithuania?

All the goods and services, not only healthcare, are much cheaper in Lithuania than for instance in North America or Western Europe. This can be attributed to two factors: 1) less expensive labour and 2) lower taxes. To put it more simply, clinics/other facilities pay smaller rents and salaries to personnel (as the cost of living is lower in Lithuania) and hence, can offer you a better price for the final service.

Nevertheless, the quality of healthcare is at a similar or even higher level to other places! The doctors at our partner clinic are accredited internationally and have extensive experience in their field. Thus, you can enjoy top-class standard of medicine, whilst paying an affordable price.

How long does it take to reach Lithuania?

From Canada or United States to Europe is between 5-7 hours and then from Amsterdam, Frankfurt or any other connection airport is about 2 hours. ($1500 CAD/ $1200 USD round trip)

Is it safe in Lithuania?
